Home Base

Home Base is your declared terminal or outpost, where your Spark will "evacuate" (better would be "rebuilt after disintegration in robot explosion"). So if you meet your demise from the "hand" of the NPC or other player, you will return there. If you don't have any robots (or at least Arkhe) there, you can request an Arkhe for free.

If you do not have a home base set, you will return to the last outpost or terminal you docked with.
