Static NPC spawns

Static spawns are a common sight in stable and safe areas of Nia, used to gain NIC and kernels by most novice pilots and many veterans

NPC in those spawns aggress the player together when provoked and killed NPCs respawn within a couple of minutes. They are usually comprised of NPCs of similar Ranks denoting their difficulty.
